1000 lb. = awarded certificate
1200 lb. = awarded certificate & BRONZE medal
1400 lb. = awarded certificate & SILVER medal
1500 lb. = awarded certificate & GOLD medal

POWERHOUSE WARRIOR CORE LIFT PATCHES

BENCH PRESS = 275 lb.

DEAD LIFT = 500 lb.

POWER CLEAN = 225 lb.

SQUAT = 400 lb.
